General Information
Introduction
The following guidelines and specifications are for designing and submitting artwork to EVADisplays. Each of your pop up displays or other product will have a separate PDF file that contains specifications that help ensure we receive the highest quality artwork compatible with our trade show displays. Be sure you are able to understand them thoroughly, and if you have any questions, please give us a call at 1-877-EVABUYS and ask for an EVADisplays graphics specialist, or email us at support@evadisplays.com with your questions. These instructions are important in helping us produce the highest quality graphics for your company, and we will be here to help you through the process.
Timeframe
We cannot start producing your tradeshow exhibits until we have confirmed your graphics. Please allocate enough time for designing your graphics -- it usually takes approximately a week to get everything ready for print. However, if you follow our instructions carefully, that time can be greatly reduced. Once we have confirmed your graphics, production time is usually 2-3 business days, at most 5 business days. Once the table top displays or other products are printed, packaged, and shipped, it usually takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.

Uploading Your Graphics
Using Our Upload Utility
The easiest method of uploading your graphics for your pop up display or any other display is to use our simple to use Upload Utility below. Simply put in your email address that was used to create the order, and then choose the order number and product you are uploading graphics for, select a file by clicking "browse”, then upload. Once the file is uploaded, we will receive an automatic email that you have completed your upload.

Using Our Manual FTP
If you are not able to use our upload utility or if you are more comfortable with normal FTP uploads, please upload all graphics to the following FTP site:

username: usergraphics
password: upload
Please create a folder with the name of your order number
For example: If your order number is 60100, please create a folder named "60100" and upload all of your graphics into that folder.
